Scouting Switzerland

Once I had settled down in Switzerland I spent a number of years getting to know the different cantons and my own photography style. As I got to know the land a bit more, with the land and nature they pushed me to plan, travel, and use photography outside of my comfort zone. I began with images of green forests and rolling hills in the jura mountains, which share some similarities with where I am from, Sussex in the UK, and moved on to the more raw destinations in the Alps. As I practiced and took myself to new landscapes my photography gradually evolved with my understanding of the country.
